Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 of business days
Shipments or deliveries may or may not occur on weekends or holidays. If Two Leaf Hawaii is experiencing a high volume of orders please expect delays. We will inform you if there is a delay and communicate further on forward procedures.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
*Depending on Shipping provider delays may or may not happen due to current or unforeseeable conditions please check USPS website for more information on news and tracking.

 Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do ship to P.O boxes but not and/or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers should receive a confirmation email within 1-3 business days.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Two Leaf Hawaii is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Two Leaf Hawaii is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
